Empilez 3 ou 4 planches et coupez-les en morceaux de 1,5 cm d'\u00e9paisseur. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter avec les autres planches. Combiner les pommes de terre et 6 tasses d'huile dans une grande casserole hollandaise. Cuire \u00e0 feu vif jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'huile bouillonne vigoureusement, environ 5 minutes.
